Boundary

Trumpington Meadows lies on the boundary between Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire. The boundary is the dotted mauve line on this map. Broadly speaking, places south of Argent Road and west of the Park & Ride are outside the city limits.

If you live in Trumpington Meadows and you're on the Cambridge side of the border, then your MP is Daniel Zeichner and your council is Cambridge City Council. Otherwise your MP is Anthony Browne and your council is South Cambridgeshire District Council, and you are entitled to attend, and possibly vote, at the South Trumpington Parish Meeting.

The city council is based in the Guildhall in the centre of Cambridge. South Cambs District Council is based in Camborne. Both parts are of course in Cambridgeshire, and Cambridgeshire County Council is based at Shire Hall, on the north side of the River Cam.
