Problems: door entry systems

The blocks of flats in Trumpington Meadows largely have automatic door entry systems, using a key fob.

If you've lost your fob, or the entry system isn't working (e.g., due to electrical problems), you can get it fixed:

• if you rent privately, via your landlord's letting agent
• if you are in social/affordable housing, via the housing association (e.g., BPHA)
• if you are in Riverside, which is on Charger Rd and Renard Way, and you're a leaseholder, via Encore
• if you're a leaseholder somewhere else on the development, via Trinity Estates
